Pathway Planning Consultation

A 75-minute consultation comparing plausible German visa and residence routes against your work, study, family, finances, and timing.

Hands tracing a route across a detailed map

Who this consultation is for

This session is designed for adults weighing a move to Germany for employment, self-employment, study, vocational training, job search, or family reasons. It is especially useful when several routes appear possible, or when your circumstances do not fit the simplified examples on official websites.

You do not need to know the correct visa name before contacting us. You should, however, have a reasonably defined purpose for the move and be prepared to explain your education, work history, nationality, family situation, funding, and intended timeline.

What we will work through

Before the call, you complete a concise intake form. During the 75-minute video session, a migration pathway adviser will:

  • identify one or more routes that appear relevant to your stated circumstances;
  • compare the main eligibility questions, likely sequence, and application location;
  • discuss qualification recognition, employment terms, funding, language, insurance, and family implications where relevant;
  • distinguish evidence you already have from documents that may take time to obtain;
  • flag questions that require confirmation from a German mission, foreigners authority, recognition body, tax adviser, or immigration lawyer.

Within two business days, we send a written planning brief. It records the routes discussed, preparation priorities, unresolved questions, and links to the competent official sources.

What is outside the scope

We do not submit applications, represent you before an authority, certify documents, provide legal opinions, arrange employment or housing, or guarantee a visa or residence permit. The consultation does not include line-by-line review of a complete application file; that is available as a separate Document Readiness Review.

Preparation and timing

Send the intake form at least two business days before the appointment. Have approximate dates and plain-language summaries ready; do not email passport scans, financial statements, health information, or original certificates at the inquiry stage.

Most clients book the session three to twelve months before an intended move. Earlier planning can matter where a qualification assessment, civil-status document, language certificate, or employer revision may be needed.

Fee, cancellation, and next step

The fixed fee is €185 for the session and written brief. Payment details are issued only after we review your outline and confirm that the scope is suitable. You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice. See the refund and cancellation policy for full terms.

Send your situation and preferred timing to request a consultation.
