Basic technical logs may record IP address, browser type, requested page, and time for security and reliable delivery. Optional analytics operate only after consent where implemented.
Purposes and legal bases
We use information to answer inquiries, assess scope, perform an agreed service, administer payment, protect the site, comply with law, and establish or defend legal claims. Depending on context, processing is based on steps requested before contract, contract performance, legitimate interests, consent, or legal obligation.
Sharing and international transfers
Information may be handled by hosting, email, secure file-transfer, scheduling, payment, and professional service providers only as needed. Providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we use recognised safeguards for international transfers and assess provider protections.
We do not sell personal information. We do not send client files to immigration authorities unless separately instructed, lawfully permitted, and within an agreed scope.
Retention
Unconverted inquiries are normally deleted within 12 months. Consultation records and payment documentation are generally retained for up to seven years where needed for contractual, tax, or legal purposes. Working copies of sensitive review files are deleted within 90 days after the engagement unless a longer period is agreed or legally required.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may complain to a competent data-protection authority.
Security and limits
We use access controls, limited collection, and appropriate transfer methods, but no internet transmission is risk-free. Do not send sensitive files through the public contact form.
