A fixed fee for a 75-minute video consultation, intake review, and written route-planning brief delivered within two business days. This is the usual starting point when you are unsure which route fits or need to compare options.
Document Readiness Review — from €120
The starting fee covers up to 12 documents and a 45-minute review call. The work examines organisation, internal consistency, evident gaps, and questions to confirm with the receiving authority. Translation, certification, authentication, form completion, and legal review are not included.
For larger files, multiple applicants, or documents requiring substantial contextual reading, we provide a fixed quote before files are transferred.
Family Transition Session — €160
A 90-minute joint session for one household, followed by a written timeline covering residence-process questions and practical moving strands. It does not include school placement, housing search, insurance brokerage, tax advice, or application representation.
When another professional is the right next step
We will not charge for a guidance session if your outline clearly requires legal representation rather than planning support. Refusal decisions, appeals, removal matters, complex prior status, criminal history, and contested family circumstances should be taken to a qualified immigration lawyer.
Payment and changes
Payment instructions are sent after scope is confirmed. No checkout or card collection occurs on this website. Fees are quoted in euros. Bank or payment-provider charges, if any, remain the client’s responsibility.
