Signal Craftcore began with a recurring observation: people planning a move to Germany could often find official pages, but struggled to connect those pages to a complicated life. A job offer, foreign qualification, partner’s career, child’s school year, and expiring document do not arrive in a convenient administrative order.
What we do
We provide educational migration pathway guidance. Our role is to help clients frame their circumstances, compare plausible routes, prepare questions, and organise evidence before dealing with the competent authority or a lawyer.
We are not a law firm. We do not represent applicants, provide legal opinions, or promise outcomes. When a question turns on legal interpretation, litigation, an adverse decision, or complex status history, we say so and recommend qualified German immigration counsel.
The people behind the work
Mali Sutham, pathway adviser, leads planning consultations. Her work centres on translating a client’s employment, study, family, and timing facts into a preparation sequence that can be checked against current official sources.
Jonas Weber, research and evidence lead, maintains the source review process and supports document-readiness sessions. He focuses on consistency, responsible authority, qualification evidence, and changes in published procedures.
Our working principles
Name uncertainty
Migration planning contains facts, interpretations, and unknowns. We label each one. A plausible route is not presented as an entitlement, and an authority’s checklist is not treated as permanent.
Ask for less data
An initial inquiry does not require a passport copy or bank statement. We request sensitive material only when it is necessary for an agreed review and explain the transfer and retention arrangement.
Keep official sources visible
Our briefs link back to responsible German missions, government portals, foreigners authorities, recognition bodies, and other competent organisations. Clients should be able to see where a requirement comes from and when it was checked.
Respect the whole move
Residence status matters, but so do work start dates, family sequencing, language, schooling, insurance, and practical arrival tasks. We keep those strands distinct while planning how they interact.
